The workplace challenge

How can HR support language learning without having to coordinate every lesson?

How we practise German in the course

A fixed course plan, one dedicated coach, placement and three progress checks bring structure. Teaching is live and interactive, not just a self-study platform.

Typical workplace situations

Connect locations

Staff from several sites practise together live online.

Plan around shifts

We explore workable shared course times before confirming the schedule.

Practise workplace talk

Clear handovers, questions and client calls are rehearsed in role-play.

Who this corporate course is for

For SMEs, HR teams and employers with one person or 3–6 staff per group. Larger cohorts can be discussed subject to real capacity; no automatic start promises.

Two formats. One defined learning goal.

You book a complete intensive course for the chosen CEFR level, not a loose package of individual lessons. Both formats retain the same number of units.

3–6

Closed small-group company course

3–6 colleagues at a similar level. Live teaching, role-play, direct feedback and shared practice – including employees at different sites.

1:1

Individual one-to-one intensive course

A complete course for one professional or manager, with personal coaching and workplace-specific exercises. Not ad-hoc individual lessons.

Which German level does your team need: A1, A2, B1, B2 or C1?

We establish your employees’ starting levels and target levels before planning a complete intensive course. One-to-one courses follow the same fixed number of learning units as company groups.

  • A1 level – 120 units – essential German for familiar situations at work and in everyday life.
  • A2 level – 120 units – routine conversations, appointments and basic work instructions.
  • B1 level – 160 units – explain processes and experiences in connected speech.
  • B2 level – 160 units – take part in more complex work discussions and understand relevant texts.
  • C1 level – 240 units – train nuanced workplace communication, meetings and presentations.

One unit is 45 minutes. Company group (3–6 employees): €12.35 per unit and person. Complete one-to-one intensive course: €49 per unit. Specialist content, timing and any extra needs are specified in your custom quote.

Personal HR support – clear and manageable

Needs analysis & placement

We establish the starting level, target, participant count and practical language situations. A free placement test supports planning.

Defined course plan

We propose a course format, full unit allocation, teaching rhythm and workable timetable, including shift schedules by agreement.

Three progress checks

Language progress is assessed at the start, during the course and towards completion. Brief agreed summaries can help HR understand progress.

One personal contact

A named coach coordinates questions and delivery. Where agreed, participant onboarding and technical checks are handled directly.

Materials & attendance confirmation

Digital course materials are included. A participation confirmation can be issued under course terms; it is not an official language exam certificate.

Exam preparation guidance

We practise telc/Goethe formats and explain external exam booking. Exam places, registration and fees are separate.

Attendance summaries and individual progress updates to employers are shared only where agreed and lawful under data protection rules. No invented HR dashboard or employee monitoring.
