Clarify a work order
Ask which part is meant, repeat the task and confirm understanding.
Has the instruction been understood – or merely acknowledged? On site and with clients, precise language matters. We practise clarification, coordination and work-related dialogue within full German courses.
How can international employees clarify work instructions instead of pretending they have understood?
We practise work orders, materials, schedules, property viewings and handover notes. Legal safety briefings, technical approvals and site safety responsibilities remain with the employer.

Your final proposal specifies total cost, number of participants and level. Additional specialist training, extra units, schedule adjustments and organisational extras are discussed and quoted in advance. No promise of passing an exam or automatically reaching a level.
We establish the starting level, target, participant count and practical language situations. A free placement test supports planning.
We propose a course format, full unit allocation, teaching rhythm and workable timetable, including shift schedules by agreement.
Language progress is assessed at the start, during the course and towards completion. Brief agreed summaries can help HR understand progress.
A named coach coordinates questions and delivery. Where agreed, participant onboarding and technical checks are handled directly.
Digital course materials are included. A participation confirmation can be issued under course terms; it is not an official language exam certificate.
We practise telc/Goethe formats and explain external exam booking. Exam places, registration and fees are separate.
Attendance summaries and individual progress updates to employers are shared only where agreed and lawful under data protection rules. No invented HR dashboard or employee monitoring.
