Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and conclude a distance contract for a course, you may generally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the date the contract is concluded.
How to exercise your right

Starting a course within the first 14 days
If you expressly request that live teaching begin before the withdrawal period ends, the course may start earlier. If you subsequently withdraw within the 14-day period, you pay only for the proportion of the agreed service actually delivered before your withdrawal was received. The calculation is based on the agreed total price in proportion to the course units already delivered.
Example: for a course consisting of 120 teaching units, a withdrawal generally takes account only of the units actually delivered before withdrawal.

Sending an enquiry via this website is not an order requiring payment. The contract is concluded only when the booking is confirmed in writing.
